Pizza Time! | How to make Homemade Pizza Dough and White Alfredo Sauce

Lately I have been making pizza with an amazing dough recipe and awesome sauce recipe, and I would like to share both. Skip ahead to the recipes: DOUGH SAUCE
First let's look at some awesome pizzas I've made with this dough.

The first two images you see are standard cheese pizza with basil that I harvested fresh from my hydroponic garden. They was amazing!
This is a Chicken Alfredo with some homemade white sauce. You can find the recipe for the sauce below.
Finally, a fully loaded "Meat Lovers" pizza for "The Big Game". It doesn't get much better than this.
Here are the recipes for the pizza dough and the white sauce.

Pizza Dough

1 1/2 Cups of warm Water
1 teaspoon of cane sugar
2 1/4 teaspoon or 1 packet of Dry Yeast
4 Cups of Flour
1 teaspoon of Salt
1/3 cup of Olive Oil
Makes 2-3 medium sized pizzas
1) Mix together the warm water, sugar, and yeast in a mixing bowl. Allow this mixture to rest for about 10 minutes so the yeast activates.
2) In a separate larger mixing bowl, mix together the flour and salt
3) When the yeast is ready, add that mixture to the flour and salt bowl. Add in the olive oil at this time too and begin to mix.
4) Stir until the dough is formed and roll it around a bit until the dough is round.
5) Place the ball of dough in a bowl coated with a thin layer of olive oil. Brush the dough with olive oil.
6) Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight to allow for it to rise.
7) The dough can be stored in the fridge until needed, or frozen for longer term storage. Split the dough up and roll out to use.
8) Best dough practices! Roll out the dough and brush a thin layer of olive oil over it. Parbake the rolled out dough in the preheated oven (450 - 500F) for a few minutes. Remove from the oven and then top the dough with your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.

White Alfredo Sauce topping

3/8 cup of butter
1/2 cup of whipping or heavy cream
1/8 teaspoon of White Pepper
5/8 cups of grated Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon of Parsley (optional)
1/8 teaspoon of Nutmeg (optional)
(enough for ~4 pizzas)

1) In a sauce pan on the stove, melt the butter.
2) Stir in the heavy cream and add in the white pepper
3) Cook at low heat for about 5 minutes, until the mixture starts to thicken. Stir frequently.
4) Slowly add in the Parmesan cheese and cook until the cheese is melted.
5) Stir in the parsley and nutmeg. The sauce is now complete.
6) Store extra sauce in the fridge in an airtight jar.
