Third Time's a Charm | Pumpkin Cider Batch #3

My supply of homebrew started running low. Since I did not want to attempt a full brew day in my new place, I opted to make an old holiday favorite... Pumpkin Cider! I used the same recipe from my first batch. Also using a different stove.

2 Gallons of juice added
Sugar dissolved

All other solids added; pumpkin dissolved

Boiling the cider for 30 minutes
Allowing the mixture to cool

Preparing the fermenter

Fermentation has started
I didn't take a gravity reading of the initial gravity, but I expect it to finish at about 7.75% ABV based on the first batch. The apple juice had a standard starting gravity of 1.050, allowing me to feel comfortable about this. It'll be ready by Thanksgiving. Cheers!

Pumpkin Apple Cider
4.5 gallons Apple Juice
4 cans Pumpkin (15 oz)
4 tablespoons cinnamon
4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
